Skundavisk

Etymology

From Middle Skundavisk ard, from Old Skundavisk ard, from Halmisk ᚨᚱᛞ (ard), ᚨᚱᛞᛉ (ardŕ), consonantal-stem variant of i-stem ᚨᚱᛞᛁᛉ (ardiŕ), from Proto-Germanic *ardiz. The i-stem form became obsolete in the early times of Old Skundavisk and thus left no descendant.
