Niumer Kait is traditionally credited with inventing the native [[Wiobian]] script (and thus also the [[Tsjoen]] script) - before, the Wiobians wrote in Hlou-Ku logographs. However, according to modern theories Kait was inspired by other scripts, particularly [some Naquic script].
 
He is also credited in general for stabilizing the early Wiobian kingdom.
