Siészal is one of the most vegetarian parts of Lõis, with an estimated 30% of the population being vegetarian. It's second only to Newton and Mexico.

  • záfsaj ("mixed vegetables") = a kind of salad made with various greens and seaweeds
  • czásiáŋmién ("fried sauce noodles") = noodles with a stir-fried soybean-, fish-, and seafood-based sauce and various stir-fried vegetables. Czásiáŋmién sauce contains no pork, unlike Korean jjajangmyeon. Veg(etari)an versions feature shiitake and other mushrooms instead of fish and seafood.
  • lyŋmién ("cold noodles") = ice-cold noodles, served with ice, roe, vegetables, and a rice wine-based sauce
  • lámién (Transcription of Xeno-Mandarin 拉面 lamian) = stir-fried hand-pulled noodles
