Grapheme

Each grapheme signifies a consonant-ö-consonant combination, or CöC. The acctual grapheme contains a specific vowel but the two consonants differs depending on the grapheme.

Vowel Diacritics

The vowel diacritics encodes information about length, what type of vowel as the vowel can be changed by these, but also the position of the vowel. While CöC is standard it can be changed into CCö or öCC with the correct diacritic.
