Preserves a lot of case inflection in suffixed indefinite articles, via a suffixed áirithe "certain"

- gen sg. eich áirithi > eichri

- nom pl eich áirithi > eichri

Definite nouns get the OIr definite article mutations (with no preposed article) + -a(i)s:
