Some Amphirese Guy (fT 1177 - fT 1236) was an Amphirese mathematician and music theorist who formalized the notion of regular temperaments and developed regular temperament theory.

Life

Some Amphirese Guy was born in Ryn Jo in Amphir. When Some Amphirese Guy was a student in school, he found the music-theoretical works of Tsăhong Tamdi, Jopah and Scutzis. He was particularly fascinated by the work of Scutzis, such as the tenperament system(s) she used, specifically the concept of equating one interval with another. This led him down a rabbit hole -- He had the idea of equating all of the step sizes in a constant-structure scale to create equal temperaments.
