Egcamino /eg.t͡sa.mi.no/ is a language I decided to make when I was interested with Meso-American languages. So, taking inspiration with Spanish, Nahuatl, Yucatec Mayan and other languages, I made Egcamino.<br />

Egcamino, spoken by about 450,000 people on Islamino, is an isolated Meso-American language that has multiple dialects that differs greatly sometimes, resulting in no mutual understanding.<br />
Numerous literature such as poetry and stories were written in Old Egcamino during the 13th century with a logogram writing system. After the Spanish ruling, which introduced many Spanish loanwords and the Latin Alphabet, introduced Middle Egcamino, which like Old Egcamino, has numerous works of art written in Middle Egcamino. <br />

Today, the most common dialect, called Xolidyal /kso.li.ʑal/, is spoken by nearly half of all people in Islamino. But other dialects are also thriving in Islamino, as the Islamino government were lax with shunning dialects, as long as the population can understand and speak at least in some degree of Standard Egcamino.<br />

Egcamino is an mostly fusional language with many agglutinative features, since it has existed with Yucatec Mayan speakers for centuries, basic vocabularies from Yucatec Mayan were loaned overtime. Besides compounding some vocabulary to make some scientific or more modern vocabulary, Egcamino borrowed many words from Spanish. In fact, about 15% of all vocabularies are from Spanish and about 7% are from Yucatec Mayan.<br />
