Introduction
Nesekara is a language spoken by the people in the town of Nezoretzi, or Java in Georgian. [ჯავა, Незъорэци] It has been directly proven by several linguists that Nesekara is directly related to Basque, spoken in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Stress
Stress almost universally occurs on the last syllable. Stress is usually not contrastive, except for the words Xeke [ʃeˈ.ke] (car) and Xeke ['ʃe.ke] Check.
Accent
Intonation occurs via pitch-promenance, i.e the pitch of the stressed syllable is different than the syllables surrounding it. The stressed syllable is always somewhat higher than nonstressed syllables.
Phonotactics
The syllable structure of Nesekara is always CV; any consonant is permitted to start a syllable. However, the sonority hierarchy is usually followed when constructing a word.
