The Proto-Hispano-Celtic or Common Hispano-Celtic is a hypothetical language reconstructed as the last common linguistic ancestor of the Celtic languages that developed on the Iberian Peninsula.

A realistic investigation of Etymological Dictionary of Proto-Celtic by Ranko Matasović will be attempted using as a basis the scarce evidence of extinct Hispano-Celtic languages such as Celtiberian and Gallaecian and the vocabulary of Celtic heritage in modern Iberian languages. On the other hand, some influences from other pre-Roman languages of the Iberian Peninsula will be added, such as Lusitanian, Tartessian, Iberian and Basque or Aquitanian, as well as some parallel developments in other existing Celtic languages.
