Rgarlpa [ɹgaɭpa] is a language isolate spoken in Chunda Capeto. It's inspired by Warlpiri, Tibetan and Georgian.

-pa = equative suffix, used for languages

rlungpa /ɭuŋpa/ = foreign (non-Rgarlpa) language, in practice means Eevo

r- = attributive derivational prefix

Phonology

Clusters like rC clusters common; r + coronal becomes retroflex as in Swedish
