Like most modern Naquic languages, Atzopic has a Uralic-style case system with many cases. These were formed from Naquian cases with an original preposition attached as a suffix. "name":

• nominative: weləz, weliz
• genitive: weliz, welin
• accusative: wel, wela
• adessive: welil, welal
• allative: weləl, welinəl
• inessive: welizt, welint
• illative: welət, welat
• abessive: welior, welinor
• ablative: welix, welintx

Construct state was formed with -ts.
