The Quran, also romanized Qur'an or Koran, is the central religious text of Islam, believed by Muslims to be a revelation from God. It is organized in 114 chapters, which consist of verses. In ðet name af God, ðe Genæþige, ðe Mildhertige.
1. Ðette, ðe ungelooveden, and fråm Gods paþ wegdwalen, sind ðette, hwos werke (fan God) forijdeld weren.
2. And ðette, ðe gelooven, and goode werke doon, and gelooven, an hwat to Mohammed neðergesandt was. And hit is ðe sanþheed fråm her Herr. Hi skall here mistaks andteun, and here stelling forbeteren.
