A lot of the meaning comes from the double meanings that the words have, peadid referring to both the concrete and the metaphorical ('cause Cwetŷl's coming) and there's a general saudade-ish feel permeating the whole, especially considering the line ''västamma aura'' which refers both to annual aspect and well, life in general.
