Laefark, usually stylised as Læfark, (Laefêväši: Láefárk, Lǽfárk, usually without the acutes, however), it is the national airline and flag carrier of Laefevia. Laefark's headquarters is in Solténna, the capital of Laefevia, with its hub at Solténna Airport. Founded in 1917 as a private company under the same name, the company was acquired by the Laefevian government in 1918 after bankruptcy of the founding company, and commenced operating in the same year. Laefark is Template:Esgal's oldest airline still operating under its original name, and one of the largest airlines as well.

Laefark is one of two operators of domestic routes within Laefevia, and the main operator of international flights. Apart from Laefark, several other airlines fly internationally between Laefevia and other countries.

Laefark is, along side Rurec, the founding airline of the Meliku alliance.

Hubs

The main hub of Laefark is Solténna Airport. It is the busiest airport in Laefevia, both for domestic and international flights. There are two secondary hubs, which are mostly used as hubs for international flights: Čênnē Airport is used for westbound international flights while Stênhēm Airport is used for eastbound international flights. Okállea Airport is sometimes used as another secondary hub for southbound international flights.

As part of the Meliku alliance, Dukröana International Airport serves as a secondary hub, which is shared with the Rurec Airlines.

Flight numbers

Laefark's flight numbers follow a specific numbering format: 

    LFABCD

A is the Laefevian airport that is handling the flight. International airports have single-digit codes, domestic-only airports have two-digit codes between 10 and 99. The codes from 00 to 09 are reserved.

BC is the country that the flight is connecting to. Domestic flights are marked with 00. Each country code can be used for up to 5 different destination airports. If there are more, the country will get an additional code.

D refers to the flight either entering or departing Laefevia. Odd-numbered flights depart Laefevia; even-numbered flights enter Laefevia.

Domestic routes

Laefark operates on domestic routes between the international airports. In addition, each prefectural capital has a domestic airport, which provides good coverage of the entire country. However, Laefark operates only on routes from the prefectural capitals to the provincial capitals. For example, all prefectural airports in Irrésken Province are connected to Solténna Airport.

Due to the number of airports and their different levels, there are two types of formatting. The routes between the international airports follow a formatting similar to those of international airports: the pattern is LFABCD format, however A is the outbound airport's flight number code, and D is the inbound flight number code. The BC is the country code - 00.

The routes between the domestic-only airports (prefectural capitals) to the international airport of the corresponding province follow the pattern LFABCD, where A is the outbound international airport's flight number code, B is the shortened country code (just 0 instead of 00), and CD is the inbound domestic-only airport's number code. A and CD are reversed for return flights from the domestic airports to the international airports (becoming LFCDBA).

Laefark offers many routes to various countries on Sahar. The most frequent routes are those within the UŠN, but other countries are also well connected.
