*w-stems
ħ/q-stems
The base form terminates in -a (or -ng) and the underlying ħ/q surfaces when suffixes are added.
- ŧṓla, ŧṓlħē - 'scarecrow/dummy; proxy/vicarious person or thing'
- ıénā́, ıénaqḗ - 'water'
- chéa, cheqḗ - 'bee'
- óng, ónqē - 'hide'
