Vʔ,Vh > Ṽ,Vː (h may also act identically to ʔ, but inconsistently)

w > m / [Ṽ_,_n]

{n,l}{s,ʃ} > {n,l}{ts,tʃ}

Kʷ > K / _[C,#]
