Ileaza's standing amongst the Aeranid kingdoms of Hileria was reduced when, in 306 BCA, Fasser took its capital, Vareixa.  The royal family and many of the aristocracy were destroyed in a fire that engulfed much of Vareixa.  The remaining dissidents were forced to flee back into the mountains.  From then on Ileaza was heavily subjugated by Fasser.

In the period after 306, Tevrén began to rise as the new Aeranid power in Hileria.  Kings Odessian I and II cemented alliances between Tevrén and the independent ''murráficos'', and the eastern kingdoms of Ertraña and Morraol, and supplied troops to the frontlines.  For this, Odessian II was named ''murráfices priste'' ('first castle lord'), a title transferred to their descendants.
However, it was not until the Reigns of Odessian III and Tolren I that significant progress was made.  Troops from S'entin were moved in to assist in the war effort.  With the help of one of Tolren's bannermen, General Odessian Blackwood (''Odessián ella Teudra llamada''), and the S'entigneis troops, Tevrén swiftly expanded its territory southwards all the way to the sea, driving off the Fasser occupation.  Tolren signed the Treaty of Ludd-as-Fasri'in with the Fasser Emperor, limiting Fasser presence in Hileria to the historical Princedom of Khalish in the south, and unifying the Aeranid kingdoms of Hileria into a singular Kingdom of Tevrén.  Tolren proclaimed this to be the beginning of a new Era, and established the year of the treaty's signing as year 1 of the Common Age.  Whilst some of the S'entigneis troops returned home, others were resettled in Arrezga.
