Skella (English: SKEL-ə, Eevo: Sgewla /ˈskɛʟə/), officially Republic of Skella, is a peninsular country in Talma. It is located in the Skellan Peninsula in Northwest Talma. Its capital is Alcve.
The Skellan parliament is called the Tyrnagan.
