Verb

mugen

  1. third-person plural present subjunctive of mugare

Skundavisk

Etymology

From Middle Skundavisk mugen, from Old Skundavisk mugan, from Halmisk ᛗᚢᚷᚨᚾ (mugan), ᛗᚨᚷᚨᚾ (magan), from Proto-Germanic *maganą. The original form magan probably shifted to mugan by analogy with the other modals kunnan and skullan.
