Among the most notable changes is the merging of *wesaną and *beuną, shifting the present tense forms of *beuną into a future tense tense for *wesaną, this was then further derived into the increasingly common infix -bi-, which is used as a future tense marker for all verbs, giving forms such as sprecbeo[a]
