Geography

Dyrellion is situated mostly on the mountainous western coast of a fictional continent, extending eastward across more fertile lowlands into a forest.

Government

Dyrellion is currently a constitutional monarchy, though it has been an absolute monarchy in the past. The current king probably has a name, as did the other(s), and the constitution was written at some point.

Cuisine

The staple foods of much of Dyrellion are apples, bread, and goat products (meat and dairy). The coastal areas also eat seafood, and woodland animals are occasionally hunted in the forest.

Demographics

Dyrellion is about three-quarters Dyrel, with the largest minority being Gurim. However, few Dyrel live in the forest area, which is mainly populated by Gurim. Gurim live all throughout the city, though not many live near the coast. Xictor live almost exclusively in the coastal district of Cliffhaven (Dyrel: Rademanla). Others, such as the few dwarves and elves that live in Dyrellion, reside in the northern regions.
