Palkha (BARK-uh; Skellan: Barca /ˈpaɾkʰə/, Barcan: Paḷkha /paɭkʰa/, Roshterian: Qaanuuṯu) is a predominantly Rhythoed-speaking Eta-Talman country. It is located near Verse:Tricin/Qaaroshter.

Geography

Its capital is Răthamrona (Ḷdamrōṇa in the native Paḷkhan language).

Wildlife

Barca has distinct wildlife though not as distinct as Cualuav.
