Rgarlpa [ɹgaɭpa] is a language isolate spoken in Chunda Capeto. It's inspired by Warlpiri, Tibetan and Georgian.

rlungpa /ɭuŋpa/ = foreign (non-Rgarlpa) language

r- = attributive derivational prefix
