Introduction
The vulgarization of Latin fascinates me. Etaloccedente is a result of that fascination. Etaloccedente or Italo-Western is a Vulgar Latin-inspired Romance language based upon Western Romance and Italo-Dalmatian. The region the language is based upon is "Western Romania" (the regions where Western Romance is spoken), the Italian Peninsula, and the Dalmatian coast. But, there is no conculture to go along with it, not at yet at least.
