An optimistic timeline

• A combination of good industrial policy and foreign aid enables:
  • Aqqaüqüququq pioneers applied memetics. It becomes a major field of study in the developed world (and resists subversion by capitalism thanks to the researchers' strong code of ethics), leading first to stronger regulations on social media in the developed world. (**)
