Nuaplw /nuəplɨ/ is one of the few indigenous Angai North American languages to retain many speakers post-contact.
Originally animistic, the Nuaplw at first convert to Sfipsurtop, but after the Āínkiīaánịạkàì-Sfipsurtop war they become largely irreligious.
