Judeo-Mandarin is the descendant of Old Mandarin spoken by most Chinese Jews in Irta.
As a Korean speaker I'm somewhat more qualified to sketch this than to sketch a hypothetical Judeo-Celtic language. I'll just sketch the sound changes here.
