Labialization always acts as a /w/ like sound, even in the labial series, where /pʷ/ is not protruded.
Consonants distinguish length, as can be seen in the 2nd person object marker, "-qqe" (/qːe/)
There are a few consonants that can syllabic, /n/, /nʷ/, /ŋ/, /ŋʷ/, /l/, /r/, and most ejectives.

Syllable structure
The maximum is (CC)V(CC), this only occurs in compound words like 'tʷʼen' (/tʷʼen/; good life), consonants can only cluster as 'stop-fric' or 'fric-stop' so /χda/ is valid but /qda/ isn't, just like /dχa/ is valid but /dqa/ isn't.
