Rgarlpa [ɹgaɭpa] is a language isolate spoken in Ldonjama. It's inspired by Warlpiri and Tibetan.
-pa = equative suffix, used for languages
rlungpa /ɭuŋpa/ = foreign (non-Rgarlpa) language
r- = attributive derivational prefix

Clusters like rC clusters common; r + coronal becomes retroflex as in Swedish
