Ciêng (KEE-əng; natively: /kīəŋ/, Windermere: Cieng) is a tonal Ashanic language spoken in Tumhan, inspired by Vietnamese, English and Welsh. ("What if Vietnamese were rhotic?") It is closely related to Classical Windermere but is not a direct descendant of it.
