Like most modern Naquic languages, Atzopic has a Uralic-style case system with many cases. These were formed from Naquian cases with an original preposition attached as a suffix. "name":
- nominative: weləz, weliz
- genitive: weliz, welin
- accusative: wel, welir
- adessive: welil, welirəl
- allative: weləl, welinəl
- inessive: welizt, welint
- illative: welət, welirət
- ablative: welix, welintx
Construct state was formed with -ts.
