	Hyperborean (HB:Tīnapua Telkun) is a polysynthetic, fluid-S split intransitive language with VSOX word order that is the majority language of Hyperborea (HB: Telku) and has approximately 33 million speakers. Hyperborea is the second largest of the British Isles and lies west of Scotland and northwest of Ireland. It acquired the name in late Antiquity as the location of Hyperborea moved towards the limits of the known world ~~and the~~ toponym stuck. In our world, Hyperborea is the submerged Rockall Basin.
