The charts below show the way in which the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) represents Pokht pronunciations. English approximations are loose in some cases and are only intended to give a general idea of the pronunciation. For more information, see Help:IPA.

- ^ /dʒ/ is always geminated after velar obstruents /k g x ɣ/, and the nasal /n/.
- ^ a b c /g dʒ/ devoice to /k tʃ/ in word-final positions; /dʒ/ also devoices in initial positions, though /g/ does not.
- ^ a b /f v/ may also be pronounced as labial /ɸ β/ depending on dialect.
- ^ a b /l ɫ/ are in constrastive distribution in all positions except word-initially, where only /l/ occurs.
