Just create new sections using two "==" around a topic heading.
A couple things that might help

A big thing that helps with doing entries quicker is having page templates and a hub for those templates, like Template:Socl-page-n and Dillon's_shortcuts/Soc'ul'. If you wanna set some stuff like that up I'm glad to help.
