The syllable structure is (C)(C)V(C). In addition, clusters of two consonants are allowed word-finally.
There are no restrictions on consonant clusters which means Proto-C'mon-C'mere allows some pretty weird consonant clusters, for example: mkéénhp (ferments into lactic acid)
