Ioscius is the creator of Rówok. He's a 'Murican native who knows what one could confidently call a fair bit of Latin, Ancient Greek, and Slovenian, a decent amount of Italian, Spanish, and Russian, and a working knowledge of all other things Romantic or Slavic.
He likes lots of cases, fluid-s alignment, and the dual.
