Old Shalaian/Names

Shalian transcriptions of English names normally use the closest approximation to the Conservative RP pronunciation, but are sometimes informed somewhat by the etymology, for example ʕídna 'Edna' from Hebrew. This page describes native Shalian names which are sometimes used.
