4 (English: /ku:/, natively Kuam /kɨː/ (-m is a tone letter)) is a language spoken in Bjeheond; it's related to Hlou. It is a monosyllabic tonal language inspired by Hmong and Irish. Like Irish, it has initial consonant mutations.
