Intar Foltatz was an Amphirese composer.
Biography
Foltatz was a friend of the philosopher Etsoj Jopah.
Contributions
Foltatz used Etsoj Jopah's combination product set scales and constant structure scales for the first time in Talman music.
He also invented many CS scales of his own, more than Jopah himself.
