The Proto-Nanyse language is the ancestor of the Nanyse languages. Due to the intermittent and inaccurate nature of early records, no early records of the language have been preserved. Reconstruction may be possible to some degree, through the comparative method, but as of this time no results have been reached. Proto-Nanyse descended from the earlier Proto-Indo-European language, as well as the Proto-Afroasiatic language.
