Restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests are also found with AS. It differs from other ASDs by its preservation of linguistic and cognitive development. Restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests are also found with AS. It differs from other ASDs by its preservation of linguistic and cognitive development. Personally, I consider AS simply as a social inconvenience, a slight obstacle if you will. For the most part, I have few difficulties in social settings and reading nonverbal cues. I have a few repetitive behaviors though, such as making clicks randomly and being infuriatingly organized :p Regarding language use, I do have rhotacism, and I used to have a lisp when I was little. You should never allow me to throw things, because I have absolutely no aim whatsoever.
