The 2015 Minhast-Ainu War saw the rise of a war council consisting of the ''Ikkūne'' (leaders) of the Twelve ''Karaks'' (tribal territories). A few months after Minhay's victory over the Ainu Federation, the Minhast Nation soon found itself at war again, this time with the Raččean Empire, whose Emperor Vareia sent a war fleet to conquer the country. The invasion attempt ended in the destruction of the entire fleet, and Minhay soon launched a counter-attack on Raččean soil.
