'''Witcanese''' is an Æ-Xenic, agglutinative, syllable-timed language with three level tones. The Æ-Xenic vocabulary comes from a stage of Æ that had Middle-Chinese-like tones.

In-universe influences include Crannish, Azalic, and Togarmite. Mayyaħī has lots of words which look like Crannish, English and Irish but are adapted unetymologically to a Proto-Semitic aesthetic, sometimes with the same meanings as in the source languages.
