Introduction

The Albysian and Faesine languages are two languages that appear closely related, and share a lot of apparent cognates.

Albysian

Albysian is spoken in the temperate lands and islands north of the Su'llands. It has mostly been spread by colonies and maritime trade.

Faesine

Faesine is spoken in the temperate lands and subtropics north and east of the Su'llands and within the Su'llands themselves.

Relationship

It is believed by a majority of Faesine scholars that Albysian is a variant of Faesine; the Albysians however believe their language to be a sister language to Faesine, descended from an ancestral language itself derived from the language of Tarth [1].
