Palkhan or Barcan (BAR-kuhn; natively ṭūgo paḷkha, Eevo: brits Barca) is the indigenous language of Barca. Today it has few speakers.

Capital of Palkha: Ḷdamrōṇa (Skellan: Rðamrona)
