Ioscius is the creator of Rówok and Aemonian, among countless other sketches not worth putting on a wiki. He's a 'Murican native who knows what one could confidently call a hefty bit of Latin, Ancient Greek, and Slovenian, a decent amount of Italian, Spanish, and Russian, and a working knowledge of all other things Romantic or Slavic.
As far as conlangs go, he is smitten with Celinese, Mila, and Chlouvānem.
