Orthography
Two Latin-based orthograpies are used:
- Eagelstaif/Jegelstæf ("English letter(s)"): Based on Middle English orthography.
- Deanstaif/Djenstæf ("Danish letter(s)"): Based on Old Norse Latin orthography.
This article will use both orthographies separated by a slash (/).
