Inspiration: Dravidian languages, Marathi

Barcan (BAR-kən; natively ṭūgo paḷkha, Skellan: brits Barca) is the indigenous language of Barca. Today it has few speakers.

Capital of Barca: Yrðamrona (Barcan: Ḷdamrōṇa)

Phonology

Barcan allows retroflex dental clusters word-initially (like ḷd-) but not retroflex-retroflex clusters.
