Chiingimec, natively Lua error in Module:links/templates at line 62: Parameter "name" is not used by this template.., is an endangered language isolate from Western Siberia (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug), with several adstrata through history which has lead to a great amount of influence and borrowings from neighboring language families. It was created by Bruce Arthur (u/FelixSchwarzenberg on Reddit).[1]
