Sadling or Sadlonic (hedrenyó; Elvarri: saduloniu, sadul eskes) was a South Luxelvic language spoken on Haparod and native to the region of Sadulod (drenyós). It was widely spoken as both a native language and lingua franca on the island, especially during the rule of the Etelaki dynasty, before the rise of the Elvar king Nagripon superseded the language with Elvarri by the turn of the 1st century. Sadling greatly influenced Early and Nagrippic Elvarri (as seen in loanwords like hayos and sond), though only around 15,000 inscriptions remain of the language itself.
